In addition to your $100 scholarship from Keystone Scholars, Allegheny County residents can get a $25 Power Their Future bonus from Neighborhood Allies!*

*The Power Their Future bonus is available to the first 500 eligible children residing in Allegheny County who claim their Keystone Scholars scholarship account and are enrolled in the Fund My Future PGH children’s savings program. To receive the $25 Power Their Future bonus, the child must have been born to a Pennsylvania resident between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2025, be a resident of Allegheny County on July 31, 2026, and meet the eligibility requirements for Keystone Scholars. The Keystone Scholars account must be claimed between May 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026. Bonus deposits are subject to the availability of funds and verification of Allegheny County residency and enrollment in Fund My Future PGH. The Power Their Future bonus can only be received once per account.

Keystone Scholars creates scholarship accounts for all eligible children approximately four to six months after they're born.
