How it works!
Keystone Scholars creates scholarship accounts for all eligible children approximately four to six months after they're born.

Eligible families will receive a postcard with a unique code and instructions on how to claim their account.
Don't Have Your Postcard?
Parents can still claim their child’s account online 4-6 months after birth using the PA birth certificate number, date of birth and zip code.
