CannaBiz Essentials Cohort Application
CannaBiz Essentials is the WBDC's new comprehensive training program for social equity cannabis entrepreneurs to provide them with practical guidance on all facets of building a business in the highly regulated cannabis industry. The program equips entrepreneurs with the business/financial acumen and resources and tools necessary to launch, operate, and grow sustainable and compliant cannabis businesses.
The Summer Cohort program starts on June 2, 2021 and ends on June 25, 2021. The program has 8 sessions that run from 3pm to 5pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, during which time we will help you develop your cannabis startup roadmap. We have room for 20 participants in this cohort. Please submit only one application per business. Your applications will be evaluated based on progress to date. Priority will be given to applicants who have submitted a 2020 or 2021 cannabis license application as a social equity applicant. Applications will be accepted through May 24, 2021.
The CannaBiz Essentials Application Form will ask you some questions about you and your business. No public or commercial use of your name, address, or business identity will be made without your prior approval. A completed application form is required to be considered for the cohort.
