Commitment:
Next Steps Advisors are integral members of the local communities they serve, and, therefore, we strongly encourage advisors to reside within the community where they are placed. Upon the successful fulfillment of their commitment, advisors may receive invitations to extend their service for an additional one to three years with the Earn to Learn Next Steps Program, should they opt to do so.
Advisors are expected to wholeheartedly commit to their full-service term hours throughout the program. The specific hours at each site will vary based on the availability determined by the individual site.
