services and outcomes over multiple locations and agencies. For over a year, Dave Smucker
(board chair of a MEDA agency) searched unsuccessfully for a solution. In response to the needs of MEDA,
VistaShare was born.
VistaShare was formed in 2001 with the vision of bringing the power of the Internet to nonprofit agencies.
We designed Outcome Tracker, a web-based client management system that allows multiple nonprofit agencies to share data.
Created with the flexibility to handle many types of agencies, Outcome Tracker serves a variety of nonprofits across
North America.
Outcome Tracker was created by practitioners for practitioners.
