VistaShare is pleased to announce the release of a significant enhancement to Outcome Tracker. Customers can now create custom forms for use in several ways.

• Public Access Forms. Outcome Tracker customers can place a "Contact Me" link on their web site. Potential clients can complete the form, which establishes a record in Outcome Tracker and notifies your staff that follow-up is needed.
  
  
• Self Service Forms. Outcome Tracker customers can design a form and send invitations for clients to complete the form. Self service forms are used for client entry of intake forms, surveys, assessments (pre-test and post-test), and more.
  
  
• Data Entry Forms. These forms can be used to present a customized tab for use by Outcome Tracker users. Multiple forms and tabs can be created by customers to streamline and simplify data entry.

VistaShare announces online Individual Development Accounts management for nonprofits

Harrisonburg, VA, December 27, 2007 - VistaShare is pleased to announce the availability of Outcome Tracker IDA, a new option for nonprofits to manage Individual Development Accounts (IDA) online. Outcome Tracker IDA provides comprehensive tracking of IDA data via the web. The IDA module joins Outcome Tracker’s suite of modules, which are used by economic development, community development and social service agencies to manage clients and outcomes.

"Many of our customers offer IDA programs, so integrating IDA into Outcome Tracker made a lot of sense," said Dave Smucker, VistaShare President. "We're able to integrate IDA with other program data, take advantage of Outcome Tracker's flexibility and utilize its ability to measure IDA outcomes over time."

VistaShare has worked closely with the Center for Social Development (CSD), makers of MIS IDA, to become an upgrade path for MIS IDA users. MIS IDA customers can select from “IDA Basic” and “IDA Advanced” upgrade options. “Several years ago, the IDA field requested that the next generation of MIS IDA software be web-based,” said Lissa Johnson, Director of Administration at CSD. “CSD has reviewed Outcome Tracker IDA and believes it is a quality web-based product that that can meet the needs of a range of IDA programs, from small to large, private or publicly funded.”

Outcome Tracker IDA was built in conjunction with several IDA programs across the United States, including Southern Good Faith Fund in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. “We use VistaShare’s excellent Outcome Tracker Web-based data management application for all of our programs and were a beta partner in their development of an IDA module to manage those accounts, which we have recently brought online,” said John Yarbrough, Vice President of Operations. “The application is top-notch, they were incredibly helpful during development and implementation, and their ongoing support is exceptional.”
