Compass Working Capital of Lynn, Massachusetts, has created an innovative asset building strategy that integrates with the HUD Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program. The new program couples the savings component of FSS with the asset building components of Individual Development Accounts (IDA). Compass uses Outcome Tracker to manage their traditional IDA program as well as the new FSS program.

Compass Working Capital's FSS program is being piloted in Massachusetts. Organizations across the United States have expressed interest, so don't be surprised if this idea takes off in the coming years. The Center for Housing Policy recently highlighted the program: Click here to see the article.

VistaShare enhances Outcome Tracker with product releases every two weeks. A recent enhancement provides Outcome Tracker users with advanced Form Actions. Form Actions allow you to set up a wide variety of rules, based on your agency's needs, that help your form (data entry, application, survey, etc.) to be more efficient and accurate.

Form Actions join a series of enhancements, including client login portals, designed to streamline operations and provide new ways to interact with your clients.

VistaShare is pleased to announce the release the latest Outcome Tracker module: HUD Housing Counseling. Outcome Tracker is now a HUD Certified CMS (Client Management System). The module includes the quarterly upload to HUD (9902 report) as well as National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) reporting.

The Housing Counseling module was built in response to customer requests for a HUD certified housing counseling database that integrates with client data from their other programs, such as Microenterprise Development and Individual Development Accounts. VistaShare is pleased to announce the move to our new location at 1400 Technology Drive, Harrisonburg, VA, 22802. We have purchased a building that was originally a technology incubator. The new space accommodates VistaShare's growth and provides added benefits such as training facilities.
